Trim carpenters just don’t get jobs like this anymore. The Glynn County Court House (top pic) in Brunswick is surrounded by restored Victorian-era Painted Ladies like this one. Most of them have law firm occupants rather than families. I hope they offer their clients sweet tea and peach pie with their “the law is really difficult to understand (and costly to explain)” speech.

  1. Did you get a chance to stop in St. Mary's or go to Cumberland Island. You definitely should! If you want some land time, we stayed at a great B&B in St. Mary's - Emma's

  2. Thanks for the info. St Mary's and Cumberland is on the must see list. I love all those horse pictures from Cumberland. We only kept the rental for a day and just made it to the surrounding islands. Mom and Dad and my sisters are coming in mid sept so I am sure we will get in a lot of sightseeing then.
